About Crudo Cocktail Bar
Crudo Cocktail Bar is part of the Terrazza Calabritto restaurant in Milan. The restaurant was founded by Enzo Politelli 17 years ago in Naples and became the most recognized seafood venue in the city. After such success, they decided to expand and bring the best of Terrazza Calabritto from the heart of Naples to elegant Milan.
The designer of the restaurant recalls the period of the 50's in Milan with vanity couches, brass, candles hanging on the tables at the bar, showcasing a bar from the main street. The restaurant turns into a living room with hand-painted Autumn trees, with a terrace overlooking the new Amazon offices, designed by the Famous Architect Francesca Faraone.
Crudo Cocktail bar is the showcase of Terrazza Calabritto, where Paolo Viola has created an international cocktail list. Paolo has managed to combine ingredients that characterize other cities around the world. For example "From London To Milan" is made with Sabatini Gin, Aperol, Maple syrup, Lime juice, ENGLISH BREAKFAST TEA, or "From Tokyo to Milan" is made with Rivo gin washed with rice, Sake Honjozo, yuzu, Apple juice and egg white. The idea of the menu is that Crudo's guests with their first sip of the cocktail would close their eyes and feel flown away to a faraway place while they are still in Milan.
Together with the chef, Paolo has created a diverse cocktail menu pairing nicely with sashimi to provide a unique sensory experience.
The restaurant and bar at Terrazza Calabritto are working together for a major project to offer "QUALITY OF PEOPLE TIME" where they want their guests to enjoy unforgettable and unique experiences.
