Ever since its' opening in 1970, Tapperij Happerij Tapmarin has been the lively center of both the van Woustraat and the ‘Pijp’ area. Guests come from all over the globe to have a really great time, proper Amsterdam style.

Tapmarin Cafe is known for its' laid-back atmosphere, tasty food, and humorous gimmicks. Locals know and love the café for its ludicrous theme nights and crazy dance parties.

Beside dancing and dressing up for various theme events Tapmarin is a perfect spot for all the sports lovers. Naturally, the emphasis lays with local football club Ajax. Whenever they play, the bar is open and serving cold beer. Big games from foreign competitions and other important sports events are shown on the big screen as well.

Drinking On Tuesday

Every last Tuesday of the month, there’s Drinking On Tuesday with bingo sessions, the best döner sandwiches in town, and of course plenty of beer.

Tapmargin

If you love a good gin-tonic or wodka-soda, Tapmargin is the Thursday night for you. Both drinks are only 5 euro.

Stapmarin

Stapmarin is Stapmarin’s Saturday dance party. Amsterdam’s finest dj’s play their favorite dance hits.

Bookings

There are no fees involved if you would like to host a party at Tapmarin Cafe. For any occasions, guests can rent a private beer tap that can serve beer to a maximum of 120 guests. Only the drinks consumed are charged. This arrangement also applies to company events, group sessions, chess tournaments, presentations, or any other type of gathering.
